Due to our continued growth, we have an opportunity for an experienced HCM Consultant focussing on Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
You will take on a senior role in supporting Recruitment and Onboarding SAP SuccessFactors customers.
Tasks and Responsibilities: • Provide support for the Recruitment (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB) modules, investigating and resolving problems reported by customers • Perform root cause analysis to identify problems in system setup, configuration, and data flows, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of customer-reported issues incidents and problems • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues within existing SuccessFactors configuration, such as job requisitions, onboarding forms, and candidate workflows.
• Work with cross functional teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review, maintain, and optimise current system configurations, workflows, and permissions to ensure seamless integration and smooth functioning of RCM and ONB.
• Assist customers with system updates, configurations, and best practices to enhance user experience and mitigate recurring issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous improvement setups.
Skills and Experience: • Tertiary qualifications in IT or another related subject • A minimum of five years' experience consulting in SAP SuccessFactors ideally working for Australian customers in a support or implementation role • Relevant knowledge of SuccessFactors RCM/ONB modules, ideally certifications • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex configuration issues, workflow problems, and system errors.
• Skilled in identifying root causes, their analysis and carry out effective fixes in existing setups.
• Experience in isolating service issues, identifying the underlying causes, and providing corrective actions to customers.
• Strong customer service skills to work with customers, HR Teams, IT departments, and external support partners.
