Join a leading Qld Government Department undertaking a major SAP transformation. As the SuccessFactors Functional Consultant, you will be engaged on a long term contract and be part of the full implementation lifecycle of various key modules.
You will play a critical role in the uplift of existing capability by overseeing the smooth implementation of Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance and Goals modules. You will have oversite of user maintenance, issue investigation and resolution, and collaboration with business stakeholders and partners.
Reporting to the Team Leader of Business Technology Services, you will be part of a small, dynamic team working across the SuccessFactors solution.
Main Responsibilities Support the implementation of SuccessFactors modules,including Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance and Goals.Define and scope requirements to ensure the system delivered meets business needs, as well as governance considerationsWork closely with other technical specialist to ensure integration requirements are metAct as a trusted advisor to the business on SAP technical components, and best practiceCollaboration with the OCM Specialist to assist in the planning, development and roll out of OCM deliverables.Skills Proven experience with the successful full lifecycle implementations of SuccessFactors Employe Central, Recruitment and Onboarded modulesUnderstanding database design, system configuration etcCertification in SuccessFactors Professional Certification in Employee Central Preferred.Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to engage at all levels within an organisation to elicit requirementsSignificant demonstrated background experience in SAP HCM sub modules - time management, personnel administration, organisational management, ESS/MSSTo be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Anita Cunningham on 07 33395626 or email: ****** and quote the above job reference number.
