Submissions Coordinator at INTRECWe're looking for a Submissions Coordinator who can help support INTREC's submissions process whilst assisting with general office management duties.
Your role involves:
Working alongside our Submissions team assisting with coordinating and compiling documentation for tendersFormatting submission documents throughout the process and final stage of processCoordinating with the Pre-construction, Estimating and Management team on the responsibilities and deliverables of each of the tendersAssisting in the proofing, editing and writing of documentsGeneral office duties such as front of house, ordering stationery & suppliesPerforming all duties in accordance with INTREC policies, processes, systems and proceduresThe skills we need 3+ years prior experience working on Bids/Tenders/Submissions with a commercial construction companyKnowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and IllustratorExceptional communication skills, written and verbalStrong organisational skillsGreat time managementCommitment to contributing to a high performing team and cultureINTREC and our benefitsINTREC's people are our difference.
