VCAT is committed to delivering an accessible service for all Victorians and is transforming our digital products and services to make it faster, easier, and more convenient for people to come to the tribunal.About the RoleThe Subject Matter Expert (SME) reports to the Deputy Registrar in the Planning and Environment Division (PED). It forms part of the PED Registry leadership and works alongside another SME and the Team Leader, who is responsible for delivery of end-to-end training and resource allocation to support BAU role is a technical expert in Planning, with well-developed knowledge of the jurisdiction, its processes, procedures and systems. The role delivers functions that support the delivery of timely and accurate end to end processes that support members, hearings and SME is responsible for undertaking robust quality assurance processes, including the auditing of all files to ensure they are hearing-ready.
