Our client develops and sustains some of Australia's combat management capabilities including mine warfare, tactical training and surveillance solutions. Due to their substantial growth, our client is seeking multiple Sub Systems Architects/Design Engineers to join on a permanent basis.
As a System Engineer, you will focus on the systems that connect the sensors, weapons, data links, and support measures. Typical functions include sensor control, sensor data fusion, threat evaluation, weapons assignment, and weapons control. You will contribute to enhancing the effectiveness and capabilities of combat systems, ensuring they operate with precision and reliability in defence operations.
To be successful you will need:
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
Experience in the engineering of complex solutions across the systems engineering lifecycle.
Background in Control Systems and Software Integration.
Demonstrated experience in Sub System Design & integration.
Experience in Factory Acceptance testing or similar.
Australian Citizenship & ability to hold an NV1 clearance.
