Sub-Contractor - It Field Technician

We provide best in-class field services and home installations of technology equipment. We are looking for highly talented field technicians with a positive mindset and can do attitude.Qualifications & experienceIT Qualification: Valid IT certifications or degrees with passing grades. IT Experience: Minimum two years. Three or more preferred.Customer Service: At least one year, two preferred.Verbal Communication: Must be excellent.Attitude: Driven and positive.ABN/Insurances/Vehicle required as there is travel between client sites. This is a Sub-contractor based position enabling flexibility and control over your work.Knack for excellent troubleshooting skills.Tasks & responsibilitiesInstallation and/or repair of self-service checkouts, laptops, desktops, and other IT-based work.Administration of parts/inventory & ticketing on systems whilst on-site.Travel to client sites.This is an on-site role requiring use of own vehicle at own expense.ABN/Insurances required (Public Liability & indemnity), work accident.Less than 3-month-old police check.Technicians must meet compliance requirements and standards prior to being accepted in the field.Ability to complete paperwork whilst on-site.Flexible Work Hours: balance personal life and work commitments effectively (Sub-contractor life!).
