WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a Stylist who has lash experience and enjoys working with people. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly and responsible!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitudeEducate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive after care productsUnderstand and promote products and membershipsPerform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension servicesGenerate new clientele through our amazing referral programsMaintain clean and sterile work environmentREQUIRED SKILLS: Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license (VARIES BY STATE)1+ years as a Lash Stylist required (VARIES BY STATE)1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferred (VARIES BY STATE)Customer service focused; loves on your clientsReliable transportationStrong work ethicInitiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offeredAbility to work some weekends and some eveningsWHY JOIN OUR TEAM?
