Our digital first approach has shaped us to be innovators in our practices, technologies and partnerships.If you are a problem solver, self-starter, optimist who loves collaborating and figuring things out, then we would love to connect with you!As the Stylist, you'll be responsible for styling all studio and off-site campaigns and mentoring your team to create visually stunning content and spaces that are aligned with Petal & Pup's brand aesthetic.Key ResponsibilitiesStyling: Ownership and execution of all styling including but not limited to; ecommerce shoots, campaign shoots, social content, and activations. Create and style inspiring, on-brand, and on-trend looks that speak to the Petal & Pup customer. Partner with product development and merchandising teams to understand intention and vision of collections and products. Review styling direction and looks with the management and creative team ahead of shoot days. Have a strong understanding of fit and ensure each product is presented in the best possible way. Maintain a continuous feedback loop with the design team.Operations: Partner with merchandising teams to ensure sample availability and tracking. Prepare products prior to shoot days to drive efficiency. Manage time on set and coordinate with shoot producer, models, HMUA, photographers/videographer and social teams to maximise output while maintaining a high quality of work.Leadership: Manage and mentor junior stylist and studio assistants. Collaborate with the Creative Manager on visual direction, model selection, locations, set design and props. Actively promote a supportive and inclusive environment. Possess an openness to feedback and desire for continuous learning and innovation. Create strong partnerships with cross-functional teams including product development, buying, social, and operations.Events & Activations: Support the PR team to style brand events & activations as required.Bricks & Mortar: Provide visual direction and styling for the evolution of Petal & Pup's brick & mortar presence.Skills & Experience5-7 years in women's fashion styling, spanning studio and campaign environments.Strong understanding of the studio environment and the collaboration of roles within.Exceptional organisational and time management skills.Ability to work quickly and efficiently under deadlines.Anticipate and resolve creative challenges using appropriate resources and/or solutions.Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.Keeps up to date on current trends, competitive landscape and applies these learnings with a strong brand lens.Strong understanding of the US customer and seasonality.Communicates Effectively — Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Ability to articulate trends and ideas effectively to the team and to give & receive feedback.Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will be flexible in their working hours to meet shoot requirements, including traveling to shoot locations.
