Want to know more?About the teamOur Asia Pacific Business Unit is looking for a recent graduate with 2-3 years of professional experience to support us in our mission. You'll be part of the APAC Client Success team that works with more than 40 universities across the region and is one of our most successful divisions at Studyportals. You'll be integral to the growth of this very important region. You'll enjoy working independently but also thrive within a team of fellow Partnership Success Managers and Campaign Managers from teams around the world. You will report to the Team Leader Client Success- NA & APAC.Are you passionate about international education, driven to build win-win relationships, and eager to bring an industry-changing business model to the market?As a Campaigns and Partnership Success Manager, you will have ownership of several university clients. You will work directly with universities on their student recruitment goals, supporting their efforts and improving our collaboration so they see results. You will be confident in presenting results, attending meetings (in person and virtual) so your communication skills should be excellent.You'll be intrinsically motivated to understand how international student recruitment works across the globe, engaging with the wider Partnership Success Manager network and diving into data with our Analytics and Consulting Team (ACT). You'll be happy to get to grips with our systems and processes, be forthcoming with ideas on areas to improve, champion change and ultimately be an asset to Studyportals as a whole.Responsibilities:Implementation, development, evaluation, and renewal of enrolment-based partnerships and result-based campaigns, owning the full cycle of the client journey.Strategic client consultancy on questions of international student recruitment and digital higher ed trends and best practicesMonitoring of campaign delivery and reporting of progress to clients as well as internal teams.Sharing intelligence with clients such as projections & engagement reportsEnrolment data processing and quality assuranceGrowth of the collaboration with clients and different universities representatives and this might include travel and coordinated visits to the universities.Essential Requirements:Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications (or any other relevant field Based in Asia Pacific region, ideally Australia.Great communication skills that allow you to create strong professional relationships.The ability to work in a team and independentlyOrganizational, time-management skills and can work under pressureStrong Excel skills and be confident in using internal systems and softwareDetail-oriented with notable analytical and critical thinking skills.
