This includes a range of administrative responsibilities including developing proactive student and partner communications; responding to program and subject enquiries; facilitation of campus visits and events; coordination of the Study Abroad Alumni Ambassador Program; and successful student onboarding including enrolment support.The position is required to demonstrate a strong knowledge of the Study Abroad Program entry requirements, study abroad subject offerings and agent and institutional partner arrangements. The position collaborates with the admissions, student exchange, partnerships and international recruitment teams to ensure a high level of student and partner satisfaction to enable growth of the Study Abroad Program.The position reports to the Regional Director, Europe and the Americas.
