About the role: Our Head Office in Braeside/Melbourne is currently looking for a vibrant powerhouse to step into this newly constructed Studio & Training Specialist opportunity and flourish. Reporting to the General Manager of Sales, this role involves: Assisting various volume home builders interior design consultants with training support and systems to support their clients during colour selection appointments and providing advice on the best stair and upgrade options. Ongoing training of current and new volume home builder studio staff on S&A Stairs' systems. Preparation of all relevant paperwork for staircase consultations. Timely communication with clients regarding potential issues or delays to quotes. Identifying new sales opportunities with all customers. Liaising with volume home builders sales teams to address customer requirements and feedback. Quarterly travel between various volume builders as the role grows, including interstate travel to deliver new and existing systems training.
