Body Fit Training (BFT) is seeking a passionate, experienced, and motivated Studio Manager to oversee both BFT Airport West and BFT Keilor.
If you're a natural leader with a love for fitness, sales expertise, and a drive to foster team success, we want to hear from you!

About the Role: This is a full-time position that combines hands-on coaching with operational leadership.
You'll split your time between delivering high-quality coaching and managing the day-to-day operations of both studios.

Key Responsibilities: • Coach approximately 15-20 hours per week across both studios, delivering exceptional member experiences in line with BFT programming.
• Manage and motivate staff to create a cohesive and high-performing team culture.
• Drive membership sales, retention, and community engagement to grow both studios.
• Oversee studio administration (approximately 20-25 hours per week), including scheduling, reporting, and operational efficiencies.
• Manage social media accounts for both studios, including creating engaging content, responding to member inquiries, and driving brand presence online.
• Ensure both studios are running smoothly, with high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and professionalism.
• Implement strategies to achieve business goals and uphold the BFT brand.

About You: To thrive in this role, you will need:
• Leadership experience in a fitness or related industry (minimum 2 years preferred).
• A proven track record in sales and achieving membership growth.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience managing social media accounts and creating content that drives engagement and member acquisition.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to balance coaching and administrative tasks.
• A passion for health and fitness, with the ability to inspire others to achieve their goals.
• Certification in personal training or group fitness (minimum Certificate III in Fitness; Certificate IV preferred).
