They are now seeking an experienced Studio Manager to join their friendly team.
The role will oversee all financial tasks including optimising operational capabilities and profitability.
Day to day you will be responsible for: Manage ATO payments (BAS/Payroll tax) superannuation, long service and bank reconciliations.
AP / AR and payroll (fortnightly.)
Financial reporting to the Directorship team, including forecasting versus actual and cash flow.
Consultant invoicing and timesheet management.
Chair, minute and follow up action items from weekly resourcing meetings.
Prepare Board pack, take and issue Board meeting minutes.
To be successful in this role you will have: Formal qualifications in Accounting.
Prior experience in an Architectural or Interiors firm highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in using Xero.
Strong IT skills, including intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and independence.
High level of attention to detail.
Strong time management and organisation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
