An outstanding career opportunity for a dynamic Studio Manager to join this well-established Architectural & Interior Design practice based in Melbourne's inner suburbs.Positive, collaborative and professional cultureHigh-end unique projects and clienteleInner Melbourne locationIn this Studio Manager role, you will draw upon your superior project management, client services, and traffic management experience to assist in the oversight of all projects within the studio.
This will include financial assistance in regard to invoicing, budgeting, managing forecasting, time allocation, and creative resourcing to ensure all touch points are on track.Ideally, you will have 3+ years in a similar role within an architectural practice or similar boutique studio.
You are proactive, smart, and efficient and have the ability to think critically, review and implement new processes, and effect positive change that inherently shapes culture.Experience using InDesign would be highly regarded to be able to jump on the tools, make amends, and check the accuracy of artwork when assisting with client proposals and presentations.You will liaise with the senior-level team members to keep them updated on all projects in the studio.
