We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Studio Manager to lead our team at our F45 gym in Melbourne's Brunswick West. As the Gym Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the gym, including a strong focus on sales, managing staff, and coaching standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of fitness professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluationsFocus on sales of membership growth and retentionCall new leads interested in our studioDevelop and implement strategies to increase membership and revenueOversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the gym facilitiesCreate and manage budgets, including forecasting and financial reportingDevelop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new membersMaintain accurate records and track membership dataUpdate and post on our social media accounts Full-Time Permanent Opportunity ($65,000 - $80,000 OTE)Training in the F45 product and technologyOpportunity for growth and career developmentSmall, motivated team to work withGreat support network within the F45 GroupFree F45 membership Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a management role in the fitness industryExperience in sales and developing business partnershipsStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficiency with Google sheets, docs and other relevant software programsCert III in Group Fitness Training, CPR and first aid certificationA bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. sports management) is preferred but not required How to Apply:
