ABOUT THE ROLE.Lucrative opportunity for a senior Architectural professional to step into a Studio Lead position.
You will be responsible for acquiring new projects for the studio, while working closely with the company directors to lead your project team.
The role will allow you to maintain a high level of autonomy while representing the studio and expanding your network.
DUTIES.
Lead and mentor a capable teamManage the delivery of a range of projectsClosely manage and advise clientsAcquire an array of new project opportunities and meet Business Development KPIsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE.15+ years experiencePrevious Business Development experience essentialStrong Revit understanding preferredAbility to manage and maintain client and stakeholder relationshipsCULTURE.
