Job DescriptionAs the Studio Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the schedules of our award-winning studio team, ensuring that all campaigns are properly resourced, run smoothly, and are delivered on time and within budget.Your focus will be on finding operational efficiencies when it comes to resources utilisation, ways of working and production delivery.
You will work closely with our Studio leads and Project Managers to develop timelines and manage client briefs and budgets.
Additionally you'll be responsible for engaging, onboarding and growing our expansive freelance network and maintaining those relationships.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the schedule for all Studio resources across Video, Design, and Native Editorial.Oversee the engagement and onboarding of freelance resources, acting as the primary point of contact for Pedestrian Group.Collaborate with the commercial department to review campaign pipelines and forecast resourcing needs.Review brief documents to ensure all necessary information is provided to the Studio for project completion.Work with Project Managers to develop timelines and maintain an overview of campaign deliverables and requirements.Identify and execute opportunities to optimise and streamline processes, systems, and workflows.Manage the monthly payment schedule for all talent and freelancers.Possess in-depth knowledge of Studio products, timelines, and production nuances.Monitor campaign budgets and collaborate with Studio Leads and Project Managers to ensure deliverables remain within budget.Production support on set and at events when required.
