Studio Coordinator

We are seeking a passionate and organised Pilates Studio Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our studio, enhancing the member's experience, and supporting our instructors. If you have a love for fitness and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Managing studio operations, including class scheduling and instructor coordination. Providing excellent service to our members, addressing their questions and concerns effectively. Maintaining studio equipment and supplies to ensure everything is in top condition. Assisting with marketing efforts, such as managing social media and engaging with the community. Supporting new instructors in getting prepared for their roles. Greeting and onboarding new members, and encouraging trial members to become full-fledged ones. Communicating regularly with our Member Experience Team and Chief Operating Officer. Qualifications: Previous experience in a fitness or wellness environment preferred. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in Google Sheets and studio management software. Passion for health, wellness, and Pilates. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to promoting health and wellness in our community.
