Your Responsibilities: Facilitate business requirements gathering / user story mapping Analyse business requirements, management systems, processperformance, and technical solutions Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations to relevantstakeholders Defining detailed product requirement documents and definitions thatpromote scalability, smart practices, and an intuitive platform Documenting requirements by studying business functions, gatheringinformation from users, and evaluating output Working with engineers, solution architects and test teams to develop,test and implement platform features and bug fixes Identifying key business/system processes, business rules, functional &non-functional requirements Assisting with the configuration and development of system enhancements and innovation Who you are: Minimum 3 to 5 years technical business analysis Good quality documentation skills, both technical and non-technical Sound business analysis skills, including solution definition, business process flows, impact analysis, problem resolution and reporting Added Advantage: Travel industry domain experience Agile software development methodology experience Working with external vendors and suppliers End to end understanding of development processes Technical experience Why Flight Centre? ?Culture: you will be employed by an inclusive company that offers a team culture like no other in the industry -Flight Centre Travel Group Australia is proud to be a certifiedGreat Place To Work Australia New Zealand Pty Ltd
