Every day, we give people all around the world the opportunity to experience something really amazing – travel!The purpose of a Service Operations Coordinator is to coordinate the Service Operations, Product & Property team activities to assist in the successful delivery of all aspects of the technology components associated with new store openings, refurbishments, and closures.Day in the Life:Coordinate all Technology tasks involved in New, Refurb, and closure of stores.Work alongside the Property and Technology teams to ensure successful delivery of requirements.Liaise with property, vendors, service, and field operations teams.Key liaison between the business, vendors, and technology areas for escalation of any issues that arise in the opening, refurbishment, or closure of stores.Document and identify technology process improvements on an ongoing basis for new, refurb & store closures.Support Service Operations in the delivery of process improvements.You'll be perfect for the role if you have:2+ years' experience in coordinating technology fitout/refurbs.Experience in a relevant industry.High attention to detail.Impeccable task management capabilities.Join our team as a Service Operations Coordinator!
