A brand-new opportunity has become available to lead the FCBT Global sales team to new heights. As the Global Sales Leader for FCBT, you will spearhead our international growth initiatives by developing and executing strategies to expand our market presence, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team.
You will have a proven track record in global sales, exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, a proven track record of coaching and developing sales teams, and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
This role can be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, London UK, Vancouver CA, or Toronto CA.
What You Will Be Doing Develop and implement comprehensive global business development strategies that align with company objectives and market trends. Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities, evaluate the competitive landscape, and identify potential partnerships. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence. Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure effective lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships. Track and analyse sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve or exceed targets. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and enhance customer experiences. Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives. All About You 5+ years of experience in business development and sales, with a focus on global markets. Proven leadership experience with a track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams. Strong analytical skills and experience in market research and competitive analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work across various time zones and travel internationally as required. Proficient in Salesforce, Dynamics & Highspot. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, MBA highly desirable.
