We are seeking a dynamic and visionary FCBT Global Key Account Manager to lead our strategic account management efforts, bridging global strategies with local execution. In this role, you will be pivotal in strengthening client relationships, driving significant revenue growth, and delivering exceptional value across international markets.
You will bring a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership experience as you oversee account management policies and initiatives while mentoring regional and local teams to achieve excellence. You will demonstrate expertise in cultivating global client relationships, aligning business objectives, and driving compliance, retention, and growth strategies across diverse markets.

What You Will Be Doing:
Serve as the strategic leader for global accounts, ensuring alignment between global objectives and local execution. Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies for client retention, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion. Lead strategic initiatives to optimize client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships. Collaborate with regional Account Managers and Business Leaders to tailor strategies for local markets while maintaining global consistency. Ensure seamless communication between global and local stakeholders to achieve unified goals. Build and nurture multi-level relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Monitor account performance globally and locally, collect and analyze data to report on trends, opportunities, and risks, and provide actionable insights. Internal collaboration across product, operations, marketing, and finance to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client goals. Lead global new and renewal contract negotiations, ensuring terms deliver value for both the client and the organization. Provide insights and recommendations that position the organization as a thought leader and preferred partner who is ahead of industry trends. All About You:
5+ years of strategic account management, with a focus on global markets and high-value accounts. Proven ability to lead multi-functional and cross-regional teams. Expertise in leveraging data and analytics for strategic decision-making. Strong understanding of travel, expense management, and supplier landscapes. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work across multiple time zones and travel internationally as required. Proficient in Salesforce, Dynamics & Highspot. What's in it for you?
