Job Opportunity: Corporate After Hours Customer Care Consultant If you are an experienced travel consultant and are finding yourself in one of the above positions...then Flight Centre Travel Group's (FCTG) Corporate After Hours Customer Care team is for you!
We are currently seeking experienced travel industry experts looking for flexibility in a part-time role.
The Corporate travel division comprises a diverse range of corporate travel brands, headlined by the global powerhouses of FCM, Corporate Traveller and Flight Centre Business Travel.
Corporate Customer Care is one of Flight Centre's most integral support businesses, assisting our Corporate clients across the world.
To be successful you will have: Minimum 1 year of retail travel and/or corporate travel agency experience - only experienced travel consultants will be considered Sabre/GDS system experience is ESSENTIAL Ability to interpret fare rules, change fees, additional collections Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills High degree of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively and meet deadlines Ability to meet challenges with resourcefulness and work autonomously Flexibility to work a rotating roster based on a 24/7 business Experience in Lumina/Portal systems and self-ticketing are highly desirable Remuneration: Salary: OTE $70,000 - $85,000 plus super p.a. (pro rated for part time)
Retainer: $70,000 + plus up to $15,000 in additional rates for shift work
Additional allowances: Optional overtime on offer monthly, so you can earn more!
Ideal for Part-Timers: 0.6FTE: approx. 48 hours/fortnight, minimum of 2 full weekends per month required
0.8FTE: approx. 64 hours/fortnight, minimum of 2 full weekends per month required
Business opening hours: Open 24 hours daily, year round
Examples of potential shift times: 0700-1530, 1200-1830, 1530-2330, 1830-0300, 0100-0930, 0300-1130 with flexible options available
