Role Overview: The Student Wellbeing Support Officer provides high level administrative and clerical support across all teams within Student Support and at times Student Services.
The role of the Student Wellbeing Support Officer is important in streamlining and implementing efficient processes to support provision of comprehensive support services to all UNSW College students.
Integral to this role is managing incoming student enquiries and referrals from staff.
Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to): Contribute to the effective and efficient running of the Student Support team by providing administrative and clerical support using established processes.
Provide exceptional customer service delivering accurate and timely information to students, parents and other stakeholders through various platforms, including face to face, telephone, email, and social media, according to established policies and procedures.
Communicate appropriately with culturally and otherwise diverse client groups, ensuring that complex information is delivered in an accessible and professional manner.
Provide accurate and timely administration of student records, documents and student interview schedules as required, including under 18 students, student enrolment report, missing student report, and student complaints.
