About the role - We are looking for an energetic, empathetic and community-minded professional to join our Student Wellbeing Team as a Student Wellbeing Officer (SWO), responsible for providing general pastoral care and wellbeing support to students.
The Student Wellbeing Officer supports and is a role model for students, enhancing engagement with the broader community and parents.
The Student Wellbeing Officer's focus is on providing effective Tier 1 supports, general strategies and interventions aimed at promoting overall student wellbeing.
The SWO will be working both within and outside the classroom itself.
Qualifications: To be eligible to be considered for this role you will: Salary level, range or hourly rate: School Officer Level 5 at $38.29 (School Salary Scale) /(Services Salary Scale)
