Student Wellbeing

Selection Criteria1. Demonstrated capacity to work in a professional team in an educational setting that fosters collaboration to achieve positive outcome within the student wellbeing area.
2. Demonstrated experience in addressing a range of student wellbeing needs, both through individual and small group therapeutic programs.
3. Demonstrated highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain comprehensive records or data.
4. Demonstrated ability to understand, empathise with and support students in a variety of challenging personal situations, through a good understanding of trauma and child development.
5. Demonstrated ability and experience to work strategically with existing services within the education, welfare and health sectors to provide optimum support for students at risk.
