The Wantirna South Campus is seeking an experienced Student Wellbeing Coordinator, part-time (FTE 0.4) to support our male student cohort. You will champion holistic wellbeing, provide proactive health promotion, pastoral care, timely interventions, and counselling across mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual domains.
This role will provide one-on-one or group support to our male student cohort toevaluate their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual needs. In addition to direct counselling, you will support student wellbeing through a variety of tasks such as lunch-time clubs, meeting with parents and teachers, organising external referrals, and preparing talks for parents.

You are an ideal candidate if you:
Have relevant qualifications in counselling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
Have extensive experience in counselling young people. Experience with high-risk young people will be highly regarded.
Have experience in clinical supervision of Masters students undergoing supervised professional counselling practice (ideal, but not essential)
Have high level interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
Are Health and Safety minded
Enjoy working in a team environment
Are able to show a commitment to the values and ethos of Christian education
