Campus Location : North Sydney, Australia Job No: APTAV129157#001 Manage the day-to-day operations of the student system, with a focus on continuous improvement ACU offers 17% employer superannuation, salary packaging and generous leave provisions Based at our North Sydney campus with some hybrid flexibility Full time, fixed term (12 months), parental leave cover About the role: Our Student System operations team is currently seeking to appoint a Systems Support Officer at our North Sydney campus to investigate and resolve user problems and system issues and assist the Manager and Team Leader in the maintenance and running of programs to meet our users needs.
You will also contribute to the planning and implementation of system modifications, including testing and deployment and undertake maintenance of system reference and validation tables.
Key to your success in this role will be in your understanding of issues impacting the operations of our student systems, underpinned by your sound analytical, conceptual, technical and organisational skills.

Total remuneration valued to $106,366 - $114,254(pro rata) pa, including salary component $89,881 - $96,546 (pro rata) pa (HEW 6), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
A 3% salary increase will be effective from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 1st January 2025.
17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
