We support individuals to achieve their employment and education goals through experiential and classroom-based learning.The RoleProvide student support from enrolment through to completion.Liaising with student guardians (where students are under 18 years of age) and providing appropriate information from enrolment through to completion.Responding to queries from all internal and external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.Ensuring the maintenance of student files (electronic & hardcopy).Recording, updating and managing student records (electronic & hardcopy).Reporting on student and course data as requested by Management staff.Processing student enrolments and liaising with business development staff to ensure valid and complete enrolment documentation.Conducting checks and compiling information as requested by Training Coordinator to confirm the accuracy of student data.Assisting the Training Coordinator with maintaining training plans/sequences.Assisting the Training Coordinator as required to facilitate the organisation and preparation for RTO courses.Supporting team members by providing administrative support, including:Answering calls.Printing and scanning.Organising equipment and resources.Managing the mail.Filing and archiving.Skills & ExperienceYou are able to demonstrate the below competencies:Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office 365 products, in particular Word, Excel, and Outlook, with accurate word processing and data entry skills.Good written communications skills with the ability to maintain strong attention to detail and take pride in the quality of work produced.Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative, accurate and positive manner.Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines, and to maintain a consistent level of professionalism.An ability to work effectively within a busy team environment under supervision.A proactive approach to resolving queries and problems.A can-do attitude, flexible and mature approach to work tasks, and a willingness to learn.Qualifications - Certificate in business/office administration would be well regarded.Application QuestionsYour application will include the following questions:Do you have experience working for a registered training organisation (RTO)?Do you have data entry experience?Which of the following Microsoft Office products are you experienced with?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Student Support Officer?What's your expected annual base salary?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
