The Role?
We are currently looking for an experienced Student Support Officer to join our Vocational Education and Training team.
In this role you will;
Provide a seamless and engaging student experience from Enrolment through to Graduation,
Act as the first point of contact for phone and email enquiries and respond in a timely manner,
Complete onboarding for all new students which includes welcome calls, learning portal inductions and providing training plans,
Work collaboratively with other teams (e.g.
Sales, Registrar and Academic teams) to provide positive student outcomes,
Triage escalations and complaints to the relevant teams,
Process extensions, withdrawals and other administrative functions related to student enrolments.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate the following:
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, including the ability to liaise and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong customer service skills and student focus.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Desirable Requirements
Experience in student management systems and learning management systems.
2+ years' experience in a customer service?role.
Vocational Education industry experience, desired but not essential.
