With four Registered Training Organisations, the Demi Education Group provides fully accredited Certificate and Diploma Courses in Beauty Therapy, Nail Technology, Makeup Artistry, Hairdressing, Barbering and Massage and Post Graduate courses in Dermal Science and Cosmetic Medicine. We operate six campuses across Queensland and Aspire clinics located in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and the Gold Coast.  We focus on quality education coupled with an exceptional student experience to produce job-ready graduates. 
Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Student Support Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. It would be highly desirable for the the ideal candidate to have experience in vocational education in a student support / administration role (although not essential). They must be passionate about student success, highly customer focused and confident being proactive when supporting students.  The Student Support Officer, holds a pivotal role in the student journey, serving as one of the primary points of contact with students enrolled from Certificate III through to post graduate level. 
The role will be responsible for communicating with students via phone, email and through the Student Management System - aXcelerate. The role is responsible for accurate and proficient entering data accurately into aXcelerate, updating and maintaining student records, reporting to relevant team members and maintaining a compliant framework.?Other tasks will be assigned as needed and based on skill levels. Comprehensive training will be provided to the candidate to develop strong customer service skills and ensure their success in this position.

Candidates from all states are encouraged to apply. The successful applicate will be required to work at the closest campus or clinic to where they live.
