Student Support / Fee Assistance Officer
Full-time PermanentDetails: An exciting opportunity exists to join the Student Support team at Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) as a permanent staff member in the position of Student Support/Fee Assistance Officer.
The Student Support team provides a range of support services to assist students in achieving their educational goals. The primary focus of this position is ensuring effective administration of the Fee Assistance program and providing administrative assistance and reception duties across Student Support.
To be successful in this role you will need to:

Eligibility/Other Requirements
Mandatory: experience in a Vocational Education and Training environmentdiploma or certificate IV in business/business administration or equivalent and relevant skills and experience in an associated fieldexperience using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Trim, CRM, Banner, Teams, and Webex is desirable.Note: This is a permanent position available mid-December 2024. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and will be used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months.
