About the opportunity
This is a dynamic role where you will get to be the first point of contact for current and prospective students. You will provide a broad range of administrative duties for students and the management functions of Breakthru College. Some of these key responsibilities include:
Providing support to students for course enquiries, enrolments and online learning queries. Providing support to trainers to help them deliver the courses. Managing and monitoring claims for state funded training. Generating training reports such student progress, financial performance and national AVETMISS reports. Coordinating the administrative aspects of traineeships. About you
We are looking for someone with a supportive nature and a positive attitude, superb attention to detail, effective time management abilities, and a strong team spirit. To be successful in this role you will also have:
