Join Our Team as a Student Support Administration Officer!
Are you passionate about helping students succeed?
We're looking for a dedicated full-time Student Support Administration Officer to provide essential support to both trainers and students.
You'll be a key part of the METS Team, helping manage training programs and ensuring smooth administrative processes for a range of qualifications and courses.
You thrive in a customer-focused environment and have a genuine passion for supporting others.
You're adaptable, a strong communicator, and able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
You work well under pressure and are always ready to lend a hand as a supportive team player.
Some of your responsibilities:

Enroll learners into VETtrak with precision and care.
Respond to learner inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent customer service.
Generate transcripts and certificates, collaborating with Quality Assurance to finalize records.
Update and maintain learner information on Moodle LMS.
Foster positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and the broader VET community.
What you need:

NDISWC and WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work 3-4 days a week from our Kingsgrove office
Previous experience with LMS systems (Moodle/VETtrak) and in an RTO admin/student support role is highly desirable.
