Under the general direction of the Manager, this role will be responsible for coordination, planning, reporting, and implementation of student success and retention activities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include leading and overseeing the Kurongkurl Katitjin Student Success Team and ensuring that initiatives aimed at enhancing student engagement, retention, and academic performance are effectively implemented, monitored, and evaluated.Key CriteriaYou will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University's values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, Personal Excellence, and Courage.Benefits & RemunerationThis full-time, 12-month, fixed term position attracts a remuneration of $100,512 to $112,622 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.ECU supports a work/life balance for staff.
