Joining our inclusive and diverse education team, you will take a proactive approach in carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
The main objective of these tasks is to make certain that our registered training organisation provides an overwhelmingly positive and enriching experience for all learners.
Under the guidance of the Team Leader – Student Services, your role will be primarily focused on improving and enhancing the student services that we offer.
This will be accomplished through a dual approach.
Firstly, by ensuring that we have high resolution rates for issues and inquiries at the first point of contact.
This means that students' issues are resolved promptly, reducing delays and increasing satisfaction.
Secondly, by implementing and maintaining effective student engagement strategies.
These strategies will seek to involve students more deeply in their educational experience, fostering a sense of community and mutual support among learners.
Main responsibilities of the role include: Manage the student enrolment process and maintaining student data via the student management system (aXcelerate) Respond to emails in the shared RTO email inbox in a timely manner and as per internal standards Work with the Finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and tracking of student fees is maintained and follow up outstanding payments Support the Team Leader, Student Services with maintenance of, and student enrolment into the Learning Management Systems, Moodle and GoReact.
Maintain adequate student records and ensure aXcelerate is used to record notes of communication against student profiles About You In your application, let us know if you have these key skills and experience: Excellent customer service skills Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills Ability to adopt a flexible approach to work tasks and preparedness to implement changes as the need and opportunity arise Skills with Microsoft application: Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet) Ability to work autonomously and time management skills Attention to detail Auslan skills Also let us know if you have these other great skills: Experience and knowledge of using Student Management System i.e.
