You would lead our dedicated, supportive and knowledgeable student services team and as part of our Amana Living Training Institute Leadership Team, reporting to the Head of Amana Living Training Institute, you will collaborate to drive a great work culture and deliver excellent services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities Provide leadership our dedicated, supportive and knowledgeable student services teamProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring every interaction is a positive experience for the student/clientEnsure the team respond to all student enquiry and course conversion KPIsEnsuring the team is meeting the monthly and annual enrolment and completion targets as per the business planEnsure RTO compliance with the VET Quality FrameworkAbout you You ideally would have experience in managing funding contracts, claims, tender management and resource allocation within a commercial setting. Experience in managing a student management system preferred. Previous experience in managing a small team essential.
