About the role The Student Services Coordinator is responsible for high level analysis, technical resolutions of complex issues, advising colleagues of legislative requirements, and effective and efficient administrative support for the Student Services.
The coordinator will liaise with multiple areas of the university and monitor the activities of the work area, seeking efficiencies and change of process as required.
About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
The ability to tailor your responses to clients from a mix of cultural, linguistic and socio-economic backgrounds and have sound communication skills; Skills to research and analyse data to inform and support continual improvement initiatives; A genuine desire to help students complete their academic journey; The ability to work with complex rules and policies and communicate these clearly; The temperament to work both directly supervised and more independently under general directions; The ability to train and transfer knowledge and skills to others; The ability to learn complex systems and study patterns. About the Division The Student Experience Division at UNE oversees every aspect of student life, from enrolment to graduation, ensuring a positive experience.
