No cold calling - these are all genuine enquiries from people who have found us of their own accord. The enquiries range from business all the way through to mushroom production, goat husbandry and cat psychology.These calls to your potential students are essentially a combination of counselling, coaching and motivation. You'll take them back to where this interest initially stemmed from, what their current situation is and what they'd ultimately like it to be. Then you'll create emotion through targeted advice on how to achieve their goals, make your recommendations and create a student for life.No timed calls, no logging in and out of work, no micro-managing. Success, the ability to earn well over 100k, self-growth, and a new circle of friends who'll only ever raise you up.As you grow within your career you will be expected to gain in-depth knowledge of the education sector including local/ national, social, geographical and cultural influences, to help you make confident and focused decisions for our clients.The key responsibilities of the role are:Convert generated leads to achieve set recruitment targets and student enrolmentsActively participate in training initiativesOffer potential students credible and empathic advice in regards to the courses on offerEmbrace company philosophy of coaching and advising prospective studentsBuild strong rapport with students ensuring strong future relationshipsAchievement of KPIs and TargetsWhat we're looking for:We've a staggering track record of creating the next generation of superstars and, with the right attitude, this could be you. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a necessity, as regular contact via phone and email is an essential part of your role. As it includes administrative work, you will need to be familiar with organisation and multi-tasking in a busy environment.
