Be part of an industry leading supportive and positive work culture 26 days' annual leave, including 1 for your birthday Permanent full-time position based in Adelaide Role Kaplan International Pathways is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager (Oceania) based in Adelaide to manage and support student recruitment across the Oceania region for our Kaplan International Australia and New Zealand portfolio, with a focus on the University of Adelaide College (UoAC).
In this role, you will work closely with recruitment agents, internal teams, and external stakeholders to drive student enrolments and foster strong business relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international education recruitment, be target-driven, and have experience working across diverse markets and cultures.
Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with the onshore Australia (Adelaide-based and nationwide) and New Zealand agent channels to increase enrolment numbers Provide ongoing support to offshore staff and maintain excellent customer service to agents and stakeholders, acting as a key representative at the University of Adelaide College campus Collaborate with the Regional Director (Oceania) to develop and implement recruitment strategies targeting high schools, domestic channels, and direct recruitment sources Develop and maintain relationships with Kaplan International Pathways and ANZ university partners, as well as industry body colleagues Promote Kaplan International Pathways as a brand and destination within the global recruitment network Achieve sales performance targets that contribute to revenue growth, brand awareness, and customer service improvements Coordinate and engage agents through activities such as trainings, exhibitions, seminars, and interviews to meet sales targets Represent Kaplan at exhibitions and community events, both locally and internationally, to drive student enrolments Provide administrative support by managing agent contracts, updating contact details in the agent management system, and overseeing recruitment contact databases Collaborate with the marketing team to support content creation, gather student testimonials, and ensure timely distribution of marketing materials to agents and the sales team Requirements 3 years' plus experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated understanding of the Australian and New Zealand education systems (essential) Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences Attention to detail in all aspects of work Proven planning and organisational skills, with the ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Results-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated Flexibility to work outside regular hours, including weekends and overtime if required Experience with Salesforce (desirable) Multilingual, with the ability to read, write, and speak English and another key language relevant to international student recruitment (desirable) Closing date 2nd December 2024 About Us: Kaplan ANZ is a division of Kaplan International (KI), one of the world's leading providers of lifelong education, helping over one million students around the globe achieve their educational and career goals each year.
