While this is a "student recruitment manager" role, we welcome applications from those with more junior experience, but are very keen to learn and grow within education sales.Key Responsibilities include:Sales & Business development - Identify potential clients and individual learners, formulate sales plans; Conduct market research to identify industry trends, analyze competitor offeringsAgent Servicing - Build and maintain strong relationships with migration and education agents globally; provide agents with comprehensive info on programs, admission etc.; work closely with admissions team to process applicationsStudent Advisory - Proactively reach out to potential students via various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media; provide detailed info on programs, requirements and financial aid optionsAdministration - Employ CRM systems and other tools to manage leads, monitor sales, generate reports; Respond to client inquiries, assist applicants, and provide status updatesAbout YouThis position requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a great positive attitude.Education industry background preferred but is not essentialIdeally about 2 years sales/ administration experiencePositive attitude and ability to prioritise and work with constant changesAbility to speak Vietnamese would be highly regarded (due to business need)Cultural Awareness and Sensitivity to our diverse learner's communityStrong cross-functional thinker; Excellent time management skills with a proactive and solution-oriented attitudeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Expertise in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDriveDesire/commitment to work onsite, full-time in the officePlease note that a valid Working with Children Check is a requirement for this role.
