This is a key role where you will help recruit prospective students and provide ongoing support to enrolled students, ensuring their academic journey is smooth and successful. If you have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine commitment to student outcomes, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Student Recruitment:Proactively follow up on student leads and schedule appointments with prospective students.Develop and maintain strong relationships with both current and prospective students to drive enrolments.Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, manage sales activity, and track engagement to meet recruitment targets.Explore and then Create relationship with UAC(NSW), SATAC(NT) and VTAC(VIC) in consultation with Head of Domestic Marketing/ Director of Marketing.Develop a domestic student recruitment team.Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract domestic students from diverse backgrounds.Build and maintain relationships with educational partners, including high schools, community colleges, and educational organizations by visiting and engaging with them.Represent the institution at recruitment events, college fairs, community events and information sessions.Provide personalized guidance and support to prospective students throughout the enrolment process.Collaborate with admissions teams to ensure a seamless transition from inquiry to enrolment.Student Support:Provide personalised support to enrolled students, ensuring their success from course commencement to graduation.Advise students on matters such as course changes, progress, attendance compliance, and available campus services.Monitor student progress and take early intervention steps when necessary to keep students on track.Ensure accurate student records and documentation are maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.Create a positive and supportive learning environment that aligns with CIM's policies and values.Administrative Support:Prepare regular reports for senior management, including the Dean, Director of Marketing, Head of Domestic Marketing.Contribute to the development and improvement of student support programs and initiatives.Selection Criteria:A good understanding of Education Industry and an ability to target marketing and communications to specific audiences.Experience in promotion of programs to domestic students.Must have knowledge of domestic students marketing events.Ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.Sound IT and problem solving and negotiation skills.Excellent interpersonal and negotiations skills with proven track record to close a sale.Ability to work independently.What We Offer:Competitive Salary Package: Commensurate with skills and experience.Positive Work Environment: Be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, professional growth, and student success.Convenient Location: Free onsite parking at our easily accessible Darwin Campus.If you are passionate about supporting students and contributing to their success, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.To Apply:Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you are motivated to join CIM's Darwin Campus team.
