About Us Richmond Wellbeing is a leading WA mental health organisation, providing recovery focused, community-based residential and outreach services for adults and young people. We support people experiencing mental distress to develop the confidence and skills to live their lives, employing evidence-based practice to support recovery and wellbeing.

Job Description Are you currently studying in Mental Health, Community Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, or a similar field?
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with client intake, assessments, and case management. Participate and actively engage in Recovery Programs. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of mental health professionals. Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).   Desired Skills and Experience About You To be successful you will have the following key attributes:
Current enrolment in a relevant TAFE or University Qualification. Passion for mental health. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and time management skills. Previous experience in a mental health setting is desirable. Current National Police Clearance (No older than 6 months). Current WA Driver's License.
