About the role Unlock your potential as a Student Pathways Officer who plays a crucial role in the academic journey of students by delivering superior administrative services and support to students, associated with admissions, credit transfers and enrolment. You will form part of an exceptional high performance team whose aim it is to guide students through the various stages of their application, offering personalised support whilst contributing to the positive impression of UNE. About you To excel in this role, you will have:
demonstrated experience in the provision of specialist advice across multiple communication channels as well as high quality administrative services and support to students with enquiries relating to admission, credit transfer and enrolment;capability to exercise discerning judgement and resolve complex enquiries or applications whilst ensuring the accurate application of policy, rules and guidelines;demonstrated ability to deliver services to students and staff requiring sound interpersonal, communication and engagement skills; anda track record of developing effective professional relationships and maintain diplomacy, discretion and confidentiality, complimented by exceptional organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.About the Group Admissions and Credit help process and administer applications made by students to study at UNE. The admissions team handle the applications of domestic students applying for coursework courses where the credit teams administer applications for all students for credit for previous study and experience or recognition of Prior Learning.
