PHCS Student Packs - Coordinator & Packer / Business Support
Location : CIS Schools - Dural / Castle Hill Must be committed to both periods.
Note : There is no easy public transport to this area.
If we can deploy you to other areas in the business, work arrangements could be changed.
There could also be an opportunity to work part-time at CIS when you are settled at a University with a pay review for those that have just finished HSC.
Requirements : Excellent computer skills in Windows environmentPhysically fitBeen through the Australian School systemFast learner with good phone manner & interpersonal skillsTidy, highly disciplined & organisedInitiative & ability to be self-directed as there is a target of at least 30 packs a day plus data entry.Use Excel spreadsheet to track orders, delivery & back ordersLiaise with parents regarding their orders for pick-ups / home deliveryUse Eftpos machine to process payments for credit cardsReconcile payments to orders received via bank transferLiaise with CIS Manager regarding stock levelsTrack & coordinate inventory levels to meet ordersStock take & replenish estimated stock required to meet projected demands for 2025Pack spare packs from forecast for 2025Packer Tasks : Prepare / print all labels & associated packing paperworkDuplicate order to record what is being packed & what is on backorderPack & tick items for each year group for familiesSort packed orders for easy identification during pick-up / home deliveryMaintain cleanliness of the work area every dayApplication : Email a short description of your skills in the Windows Environment & experience to .
