Your expertise will be crucial in assisting with student progression and conferral activities, assessing conferral eligibility, operational reporting, data management, interpreting policies and procedures and managing student enrolment to enhance the overall student experience.You will have excellent communication skills and sensitivity to cultural awareness to play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships and in fostering a supportive work environment.

Student Operations Advisor (Enrolment)This position requires a candidate the ability to drive process improvements, influence others and experience in managing multiple and competing priorities while continuing to deliver high quality work.The Student Operations Advisor (Enrolment) will enjoy working in collaboration with team members and as a liaison between faculties and students to support student operations across the division and manage complex student matters.
You will be detail oriented as you maintain core data in a range of systems, administer enrolment management tasks and contribute to enrolment delivery activities.
You will provide advice and recommendations to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with UOW rules and policies.
You will focus on continual process improvement and change management will be essential in enhancing the student experience and fostering strong relationships across the university.
