The position takes responsibility for accurate processing of applications, data maintenance, and development and implementation of improvements to current Admission processes and databases.

Responsibilities: Process applications in a timely and accurate manner and ensure compliance with AC admission requirements, policies, and procedures.
Assess, manage, and respond to enquiries from applicants and a variety of stakeholders which can include the wider Student Experience Team, Recruiters, and Program Directors.
Develop and set up the Student Management System (SMS) including email templates, course instances, and surveys.
Contribute to the ongoing review and evaluation of existing Admission processes.
Ensure a high level of customer service that is student-centric and meets stakeholder requirements.
Provide administrative support for relevant committees as required which includes the preparation of agendas and supporting documents, minute-taking, and following up on actions.
Develop and maintain key relationships to facilitate the flow of information across the Faculty and model a responsive, customer-focused service and performance-driven culture.
Required Skills and Proficiencies: Completion of a diploma level qualification or higher; or two years of relevant work experience.
Experience in student and program administration (desired).
Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality customer service and processing high volumes of data in a timely and accurate manner.
Demonstrated experience in communicating, both verbally and in writing, in a succinct, professional, and responsive manner to deliver client-centric results.
Knowledge of the Higher Education and VET environment.
Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone, and face-to-face.
Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience, including students, agents, and other staff.
Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.
Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.
Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.
Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within the time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within the portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.
