The Student Office Administrator role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the school community.
The role encompasses comprehensive reception support and is the first point of contact for students, parents, caregivers, and staff.
This position is essential in maintaining student records, providing administrative support, and supporting the wellbeing of students, contributing significantly to the overall functioning of the Student Office.
DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Include
• Providing reception support to all visitors, parents and caregivers in-person and over the telephone to the Student Office.
• Assist with the maintenance of student records through data entry in TASS.
• Significant contact person for parents.
• Collecting forms when required e.g. camp permissions, immunisation forms, and excursion forms.
• Keeping files, data and information for student records.
• Ability to proficiently prioritise tasks and utilise effective time management skills.
• Have a Working with Children (Blue Card) or the ability to acquire one.
• A resourceful team member who is able to operate in a supportive, collaborative and inclusive manner.
