Your role Student Marketeers are a part of the most dynamic and empowered student ambassador program in the world.
They are passionate about Red Bull and share their love for the brand with their peers.
They are responsible for driving the brand image on campus, building belief in the product benefits and ensuring long term loyalty starting with the University experience.
The goals of the program are to reach new students, excite students, increase sales and manage the Red Bull brand on a student level.
Responsibilities:

Be a Brand & Product Ambassador You will live and breathe the brand personality traits and company values, representing the brand in a premium way through everyday interactions with consumers/customers.
In addition, you will grow the user base by inviting positive trial and awareness of Red Bull through product sampling to consumers at the right place and right time.
You will also build and execute a tailored and innovative campus plan, which engages students and brings the brand to life at university.
Key to your role will be your ability to create strong networks and relationships alongside driving brand engagement on your social media, ideally through your active participation and support in Red Bull events.

Your major objective will be to build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.
You will collaborate with sales to open new distribution points for Red Bull within your university campus and beyond.
You will achieve this by leveraging relevant assets from the world of Red Bull in order to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts and will ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.
Executional Excellence You will deliver executional excellence and show love for the details in all areas of your role.
You will be confident in sharing ideas and collaborating with the team through regular face-to-face and online interactions.
Your success will also be predicated on planning & reporting your activities via the dedicated online platform in both a timely and accurate manner.
Lastly, you will contribute to developing the Red Bull media business by providing local insights, trends and overall opportunities.

About you Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: University enrolled Proficient in written and verbal English Charismatic, energetic, positive and outgoing personality Naturally organised, with high attention to detail, and comfortable working alone and in a team Encompass a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a high sense of responsibility and initiative An affinity and desire to learn and apply a new range of skills, especially marketing, negotiation and sales Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product A valid and full driver's license is required
