Prime opportunity to join the Swinburne Customer Service & Relations team Multiple fixed term (fulltime and part time) positions at our Hawthorn campus  HEW 4 salary + 17% super About the Role  We are seeking a StudentHQ Administrator to provide exceptional customer service to students, staff, and the general public.
Reporting to the StudentHQ Team Leader, this role serves as a central point of contact for a wide range of student and library enquiries, supporting the student lifecycle and delivering seamless, student-centric service.
Key responsibilities include handling enquiries related to enrolment, timetabling, results, ID cards, student fees and payments, and library services such as lending and equipment bookings.
The role involves responding to queries across multiple channels, including face-to-face, phone, email, social media, and live chat, as well as performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records within the University's CRM system.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential, as the StudentHQ Administrator will work across campuses and participate in all StudentHQ activities to ensure an excellent student experience.
This role has availability for multiple positions – including fulltime, 12-month fixed term positions and part time (0.6), 5-month positions.
About You   To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:  Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Demonstrated, relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative and support services within a demanding, customer focused environment General knowledge and experience of tertiary sector operating procedures Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Further information about this role can be found in the attached position description.
Qualifications Completion of an associated diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training About Swinburne University of Technology  Swinburne Horizon 2025 draws upon our understanding of future challenges.
